Dr. Farrah’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet
The Anti-Inflammatory Diet that I devised is mainly high in good fats, high in complex carbohydrates and moderate in protein and eliminates sugar from the diet, as well as foods that are rapidly metabolized into sugars. In many experience, this type of diet decreases inflammation significantly and dramatically increases the survivability of cancer patients up to and including stage 4.
High sugar, processed and packaged foods are directly associated with numerous diseases like diabetes, hypertension and cancer because they are highly inflammatory, devoid of minerals & vitamins and are contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides.
Due to the advent of modern food processing, many ailments that used to be rare, can now widely proliferate. This is mainly due to our faltering immune systems that are wrecked from the onslaught of lifestyle and environmentally related toxins. A sick immune system cannot protect and kill microbes or cancer cells properly. Whereas, a strong and well-nourished, toxic free body can ward off all types of illnesses. This is the key to health.
Dr. Farrah’s Anti-Inflammatory diet solves the many problems that are commonly plaguing our society which include diabetes, obesity, arthritis, bronchial asthma, allergies, hypertension, auto-immune diseases and yes, even cancer.
Foods should ideally be organic without pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and growth hormones. Plants should be taken from farms with good farming practices, away from pollution, with clean water supply and from a soil rich in humus, organic materials, minerals and good bacteria. Minerals are not created in a vacuum. If the soil is devoid of minerals, the plants are devoid of minerals, and then we the consumer are devoid of minerals. Fruits are generally consumed with caution as they are rich in fructose, which is a naturally occurring form of sugar. The fructose, if taken in excess will harm the liver. This is why I do not advise fruit juicing, as it removes the fiber that keeps the stomach full. If someone asks you to eat 10 apples one after the other, it would be very difficult. Yet juicing and drinking the juice of 10 apples is quite easy. The fiber is beneficial for the well-being of the gastrointestinal tract. Generally, fruits with deep blue, purple and orange colors are preferred due to their high antioxidant properties.
I encourage people to eat saturated fats versus unsaturated ones as they are more stable in heating and thus resist oxidation. Example of saturated fats are butter, coconut oil and organic animal fats. Unsaturated fats (BAD) are vegetable oil, margarine, canola oil, etc.
Overwhelming research demonstrates that higher cholesterol improves the longevity and quality of life of patients, irrespective of where they live in the world. As such, I encourage my patients to consume a lot of eggs provided they are organically grown.

Milk is generally not advised to be taken in by patients, as most have growth hormones which are demonstrated to be cancer causing. In addition, most people are lactose intolerant. This leads to diseases like eczema, diarrhea, bronchial asthma and severe allergic reactions.
Dr. Farrah’s take on GMO
GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) are organisms that have been modified genetically to suit a certain purpose. GMO is a very bad concept. How bad? It has been linked to many problems such as allergies, toxin overload, auto immune diseases and cancer. The problem with GMO is the body does not have the enzymes to degrade these products into smaller, more absorbable nutrients. GMO foods are therefore treated as foreign bodies. This initiates a consistent and long term immune response as a person continues to consume these. Since these are new breeds of foods which our body does not recognize, it is very difficult internally for us to deal with.
GMO’s are toxic and can cause allergies to those who are hypersensitive.
GMO’s can alter our own genetic structure as our bodies try to compensate for the consistent presence of these “alien” materials.
The most common GMO’s found in the world are corns, potatoes, soybeans, rapeseed (canola), golden rice, white rice, beet root, papaya, tomatoes and bananas.
GMO’s are not only a problem for the health enthusiast, but to humanity as they affect us all.
Dr. Farrah’s Doctor Shake
The Doctor shake is designed for those patients who are weak, anorexic and in need of significant, rapid nutrition. In cancer patients, malnutrition kills more than 40 percent of the affected population. The Doctor Shake can help solve this problem, as this concoction is high in proteins, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. The recipe is taken 3x a day or more.
3 eggs (cooked)
Boston C :125ml
Vitamin C: 5g
Cyanocobalamine: a pinch
Brewer’s Yeast : 1 tsp
Spirulina: 2 tbsp
Minced fresh onions, Minced fresh garlic, Minced fresh ginger (quantities as tolerable)
Malunggay, guyabano leaves, avocado leavers, purslane, kangkong, alugbati (quantities as tolerable)
Virgin Coconut Oil: 1 tsp
Combine all ingredients, blenderize and drink immediately as tolerated.
The eggs supply cholesterol which is important in the healing process, along with protein for the synthesis of muscle and enzymatic reactions. Boston C is a mineral complex that is important for detoxification, wound healing and synthesis of glutathione, skin, hair and nails. It’s also proven to have significant cytotoxic activity on numerous cancer cell lines. Vitamin C is a potent anti-cancer nutrient and when combined with Cyanocobalamine it forms a complex known as cobalt ascorbate known to be highly destructive to cancer cells. The Brewer’s yeast comes from Saccharomyces cerevisea which is rich in B vitamins that combats heart diseases, dermatitis, depression and diarrhea. Spirulina is a superfood rich in phosphorus, iron, and supplies the body with amino acids like cysteine, glutamine and glycine. The herbs all have anti-inflammatory properties and important phytonutrients to support proper immune function. The Garlic and Onions are antimicrobial and anticancer. Ginger (Zingiber officinales) is great for settling an upset stomach and is a significant anti-cancer food. The vegetables supply minerals and vitamins while the Virgin Coconut oil supplies ketones which are an important source of energy.
