Physical Products

We offer an unconditional 30-day return policy for physical products.

Eligibility Within 30 Days

You may request a refund of the purchase price if all of the following conditions are met:

    • The product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it
    • The return request is submitted within the same 30-day period
    • The product is returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Requests After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the product was received are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you request a refund after 30 days, you must clearly explain why you believe an exception should be granted. Supporting documentation may be required, including proof of defect, damage, or fulfillment error. Approval of refunds outside the 30-day window is at the sole discretion of the company.

Non-Refundable Circumstances for Physical Products
Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

    • Products returned outside the 30-day period without an approved exception
    • Products not returned after a refund request is approved
    • Evidence of intentional misuse, tampering, or fraud
    • Abuse of the return policy, including excessive or repetitive refund requests

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable files, digital content, online courses, programs, videos, and any electronically delivered materials.

Once access to a digital product has been granted, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital products under any circumstances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, credit card company, or payment processor, you agree to contact us directly and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute for a transaction that complies with this Return and Refund Policy may result in:

    • Immediate suspension or termination of access to purchased products or services
    • Submission of this policy, purchase records, delivery confirmation, and communication history to the payment processor as evidence
    • Denial of future purchases or services

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may be contested vigorously and, when appropriate, referred to the payment processor or relevant authorities.
